Epixtar raises $1.813 million in convertible promissory notes

Atlanta, Nov. 30 - Epixtar Corp. has raised $1,812,500 in a private placement of unsecured subordinated convertible promissory notes.

The company originally issued $550,000 of the joint 5% unsecured subordinated convertible promissory notes on Oct. 15.

Since then, the company issued additional units to bring the total amount of notes sold to $1,812,500.

Expitar, based in Miami, offers internet service to businesses. On Tuesday, the company's stock closed down $0.03 at $0.53.
