By Susanna Moon

Chicago, March 30 - Epiphany Funds' board of trustees approved a name change for the Hillcrest FFV Small Cap Value Fund, effective Friday.

The name of the fund is now Epiphany FFV Small Cap Fund, according to a 497 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The board of trustees approved Wednesday of Hillcrest Asset Management, LLC's resignation as sub-adviser to the fund. Brian Bruce is no longer portfolio manager.

Trinity Fiduciary Partners LLC, based in Irving, Texas, will continue to serve as the investment adviser to the fund, and Samuel J. Saladino III will continue as the portfolio manager for the fund.
