DBRS confirms Epcor Utilities

DBRS said it confirmed the ratings of Epcor Utilities Inc.'s commercial paper and senior debentures at R-1 (low) and A (low), respectively, with stable trends.

The rating reflects the company's low-business-risk diversified portfolio of regulated assets, which provide stability to its financial and credit profile, the agency said.
