EON Bank Berhad to sell $150 million 10-year tier II notes via ING

St. Louis, Jan. 14 - EON Bank Berhad, a Malaysian commercial bank, is offering $150 million of lower tier II subordinated notes due 2014 (Baa3/BB+/BB+), according to market sources.

The deal is expected to price during the week of Jan. 19.

ING will run the books on the Regulation S offering.

The notes, which are expected to come with five years of call protection, are being talked at plus 270 to 275 basis points.
