Envision Solar settles $1.96 million private placement of common stock

Company sells 13,086,658 common shares at $0.15 per share in offering

Knoxville, Tenn., Sept. 17 – Envision Solar International, Inc. completed a $1.96 million private placement of stock on Sept. 17, according to an 8-K filed Wednesday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The company sold 13,086,658 common shares at $0.15 apiece. The price per share is a 6.25% discount to the Sept. 16 closing share price of $0.16.

The solar project and technology developer is based in San Diego.
