Envision Solar hires agent for $1.2 million private placement of stock
Company negotiates financing agreement with Allied Beacon Partners

Knoxville, Tenn., Jan. 11 - Envision Solar International, Inc. engaged Allied Beacon Partners, Inc. as agent for a $1.2 million private placement of common stock on Jan. 9, according to an 8-K filed Friday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The deal will be conducted on a best-efforts basis.
The solar project and technology developer is based in San Diego.
