Knoxville, Tenn., May 3 - Environmental Science and Technologies, Inc. completed a $283 private placement of stock from March 3 through April 30, according to an 8-K filed Friday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The company sold 2,821,429 common shares at $0.0001 apiece.
Michael G. Faris and Ibrahim Ash were among the investors.
The private company is based in Plaistow, N.H.
