Moody's rates Entravision loans Ba3

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned a Ba3 rating to Entravision Communications Corp.'s proposed senior secured bank credit facilities totaling $650 million, including a $150 million revolving credit facility and a $500 million term loan.

In addition, Moody's upgraded the corporate family rating to Ba3 from B1. The outlook is stable.

Moody's said the ratings assignment and upgrade continue to reflect the company's strong operating performance, the robust growth prospects of Spanish-language media, its belief that the company's aggressive acquisition strategy has slowed given the lack of opportunities deemed attractive by management and the likelihood of further deleveraging due to continued organic growth in cash flow.
