Entravision to sell $385 million seven-year senior secured notes

By Paul A. Harris

St. Louis, July 19 - Entravision Communications Corp. is in the market with a $385 million offering of seven-year senior secured first-lien notes, according to an informed source.

Although the source declined to discuss the timing of the deal, market sources expect it to come with a full roadshow.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the left bookrunner for the Rule 144A and Regulation S with registration rights offering.

Wells Fargo Securities and UBS Investment Bank are the joint bookrunners, Moelis Capital Partners is the co-manager.

The notes come with three years of call protection. However, a special call provision entitles the issuer to redeem up to 10% of the issue annually at 103.0 during the non-call period.

Proceeds will be used to repay the Santa Monica, Calif.-based Spanish-language media company' term loan.
