Entravision Communications $200 million seven-year notes talk at 8 1/8%-8 3/8%

St. Louis, Mo., March 11 - Official price talk of 8 1/8%-8 3/8% came out Monday on Entravision Communications Corp.'s upcoming offering of $200 million senior subordinated notes due 2009 (B-), via UBS Warburg, according to a syndicate source.

Pricing is expected late Tuesday afternoon, according to a syndicate official who commented that the deal is in "good shape."

Co-managers on the Rule 144A notes are Credit Suisse First Boston, Merrill Lynch, Fleet Securities, Bank of Nova Scotia, TD Securities, Bank of New York.

The Hispanic media company will use the proceeds to repay existing debt.
