New Issue: Entheos seals $3.23 million private placement of units

Knoxville, Tenn., Aug. 1- Entheos Technologies, Inc. said in an 8-K filed Friday with the Securities and Exchange Commission that it completed a $3.23 million private placement of units on July 28.
The company sold 6.45 million units at $0.50 per unit. Each unit consists of one common share, one series A warrant, exercisable at $0.60 for 18 months, and one series B warrant, exercisable at $0.75 for two years.
Proceeds will be used for working capital.
Vancouver, B.C.-based Entheos is an application service provider, providing real-time, high-volume outsourced e-mail and search engine optimization services.
