S&P raises Enterprise

Standard & Poor's said it raised its long-term ratings on Enterprise Holdings Inc., and its wholly owned finance subsidiary ERAC USA Finance LLC, to BBB+ from BBB based on the company's improved financial profile.

The agency said it also affirmed the A-2 short-term rating on the company.

"The rating action reflects Enterprise's improved financial profile," said S&P credit analyst Betsy R. Snyder, "with stronger credit ratios due to continued strong cash flow, significantly reduced capital spending, and substantial debt reduction."

The outlook is stable.
