Entercom Communications buys $13 million of its senior subordinated notes at a discount

Knoxville, Tenn., May 11 - Entercom Communications Corp. bought back $13 million of its senior subordinated notes at a discount of $8 million in the first quarter ended March 31, according to a 10-Q filed Monday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

It repurchased $28.7 million in notes with a discount of $2.2 million in the same period for 2008.

Entercom is a Bala Cynwyd, Pa., radio broadcasting company.
