Entercom Communications $150 million 12-year notes talked at 7 5/8%-7 7/8%

St. Louis, Mo., Feb. 26 - Official price talk of 7 5/8%-7 7/8% was heard Tuesday on Entercom Communications Corp.'s offering $150 million senior subordinated notes due 2014 (Ba3/B+), according to a syndicate source who added that the deal is expected to price late Wednesday.

Joint bookrunners for the off-the-shelf notes are Credit Suisse First Boston and Deutsche Banc Alex. Brown. Co-managers are Banc of America Securities and Morgan Stanley.

The Bala Cynwyd, Pa.-based radio broadcasting company intends to use the proceeds to repay bank debt, to fund acquisitions and for general corporate purposes.
