Entercom buys back $16.3 million of 7 5/8% notes due 2014

New York, Nov. 6 - Entercom Communications Corp. said it bought back $16.3 million of its 7 5/8% senior subordinated notes due 2014 during the third quarter ended Sept. 30.

The company said it repurchased the notes at a discount.

As of Sept. 30, the company had $92 million of the notes still outstanding.

Entercom is a radio broadcasting company based in Bala Cynwyd, Pa.
