Entegris talks $2.5 billion term loan repricing at SOFR plus 275 bps at par

Portland, Ore., Feb. 28 – Entegris, Inc. talked the repricing of its $2.495 billion term loan B due July 6, 2029 (Baa3/BB/BBB-) with a 275 basis points spread to SOFR, a 0% floor, at par, according to a market source.

Commitments are due at 5 p.m. ET on March 6.

The deal comes with six months of call protection at 101 and has 1% annual rate of amortization.

There are no financial covenants.

Administrative agent Morgan Stanley is a joint bookrunner. Barclays, BofA, Wells Fargo, PNC, Truist and Goldman Sachs are also joint bookrunners.
