Steel Partners reduces stake in EnPro Industries

Seattle, Oct. 2 - Steel Partners II, LP sold 247,382 shares of EnPro Industries, Inc. common stock between Sept. 24 and Sept. 28 priced from $42.00 to $42.24 each.

The investor beneficially owns 1,806,495 shares, or 8.4%, of the company's stock, according to a schedule 13D filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

On Sept. 24, the investor reported the sale of 251,666 EnPro shares between Sept. 12 and Sept. 21, reducing its stake in the company to 9.5%.

EnPro makes sealing products, bearings, compressors and engines and is based in Charlotte, N.C.
