New Issue: Enpar Technologies negotiates C$1.82 million placement of units

New York, Feb. 23 - Enpar Technologies Inc. is gearing up to close a C$1.825 million private placement.

A group of investors plans to buy 7.3 million units at C$0.25 each.

The units consist of one share and one warrant with each warrant exercisable at C$0.35 for two years.

The offering is non-brokered.

Based in Guelph, Ont., Enpar develops technologies used to treat waste water and drinking water contaminated by metals and nutrients.
