S&P affirms Enogex

Standard & Poor's said it affirmed its BBB- corporate credit rating and senior unsecured debt rating on Enogex LLC, a midstream energy subsidiary of diversified energy holding company OGE.

The outlook is stable.

"We have reviewed the OGE/Enogex and CNP transaction and believe there is no impact on Enogex's credit quality at this time," S&P said in a news release.
