New Issue: Enodis £100 million 10-year notes yield 10 3/8%

St. Louis, Mo., March 19 - Enodis plc priced £100 million of senior notes due April 1, 2012 (B2/B) Tuesday at par to yield 10 3/8% according to a syndicate source.

Price talk had been for a yield in the 10½% area, according to Enodis chief executive officer Andrew Allner.

Credit Suisse First Boston and RBS were joint bookrunners.

Proceeds from the notes will be used to repay the London-based commercial food preparation equipment-maker's senior bank debt.
