Enodis £100 million 10-year notes talked at 10½% area

St. Louis, Mo., March 15 - Enodis plc's offering of £100 million 10-year senior notes is officially talked at a yield in the 10½% area, company chief executive officer Andrew Allner informed Prospect News Friday.

The deal is expected to price on Tuesday.

Credit Suisse First Boston and RBS have been identified by market sources as syndicate members.

The notes are non-callable for five years. Proceeds will be used to repay bank debt.

The company is a London-based producer of equipment form commercial food preparers.
