ENN Energy to market dollar-denominated bonds beginning July 11

New York, July 10 – ENN Energy Holdings Ltd. will begin an investor roadshow on July 11 for a proposed U.S. dollar-denominated offering of unsecured bonds, the company said in a news release.

Size and pricing of the proposed Regulation S deal will be determined following book-building, which is being conducted by Citigroup Global Markets Ltd., Nomura International plc, BNP Paribas, BOCI Asia Ltd., China Merchants Securities (HK) Co., Ltd., Citigroup Global Markets Ltd., HSBC Ltd., ICBC International Securities Ltd. and Morgan Stanley & Co. International plc.

Proceeds will be used for refinancing existing debt and general corporate purposes, including working capital. Completion of the deal is subject to market conditions.

ENN Energy is a gas operator and distributor in China incorporated in the Cayman Islands.
