S&P rates ENN Natural Gas BBB-
S&P said it assigned a BBB- issuer rating and stable outlook to ENN Natural Gas Co.
The rating and outlook reflect the rating and outlook on ENN Natural Gas Co.’s subsidiary ENN Energy Holdings Ltd., S&P said.
The subsidiary is ENN Natural Gas’ core subsidiary and contributes 70%-75% of the group EBITDA and 65%-70% of the group net debt.
