Company sells units of one share and one warrant at C$0.05 per unit

Knoxville, Tenn., Nov. 26 - Enertopia Corp. raised C$136,000 in the first tranche of a private placement of units on Nov. 26, according to an 8-K filed Tuesday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The company sold 600,000 units of one common share and one warrant at C$0.05 per unit in the first tranche.
Each three-year warrant is exercisable at $0.10. The strike price is a 66.67% premium to the Nov. 25 closing share price of $0.06.
Proceeds will be used for general working capital and for the acquisition of a private company for medicinal marijuana.
The Vancouver, B.C., company develops clean energy and clean water technologies and is adding medical marijuana to its projects.
