Enerpulse Technologies engages agent for $6 million private placement

Roth Capital Partners to help sell equity or equity-linked securities

Knoxville, Tenn., Nov. 3 – Enerpulse Technologies, Inc. hired Roth Capital Partners, LLC as its agent for a $4 million private placement of equity or equity-linked securities on Nov. 3, according to an 8-K filed Monday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The Albuquerque, N.M., company offers an ignition device for use in all spark ignited internal combustion engines.
