Washington, Nov. 28 - Energy Ventures Ltd. arranged a private placement of shares for A$3.77 million.
The deal will include 27.9 million ordinary shares at A$0.135 each.
Proceeds will be used for upcoming investments and acquisitions.
The investors are institutional and sophisticated clients of Stripe Capital and Transocean Securities Pty. Ltd.
Energy Ventures is a West Perth, Australia-based energy company.
