Energy Transfer Equity to price $400 million 10-year notes Thursday

Portland, Ore., Nov. 14 - Energy Transfer Equity, LP plans to price a $400 million offering of non-callable 10-year senior notes Thursday following a late morning investor conference call, according to a syndicate source.

Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC, Citigroup Global Markets, Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. and Goldman Sachs & Co. are the joint global coordinators for the public offer.

Barclays, BofA Merrill Lynch, Mitsubishi, Mizuho, Morgan Stanley & Co., RBC Capital Markets, RBS Securities and UBS Investment Bank are the joint bookrunners.

The Dallas-based midstream services provider plans to use the proceeds to finance a tender for its senior notes due 2020.
