New Issue: UBS prices $2.36 million contingent income autocalls tied to two SPDR ETFs

Buffalo, N.Y., Oct. 12 – UBS AG, London Branch priced $2.36 million of contingent income autocallable securities due Oct. 9, 2025 linked to the performance of the Energy Select Sector SPDR Fund and the Industrial Select Sector SPDR Fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will pay a quarterly coupon at an annual rate of 13.15% if each ETF closes at or above its 75% coupon barrier on the corresponding observation date.

The notes will be called at par plus the contingent coupon if each ETF closes at or above initial level on any quarterly determination date after six months.

If all ETFs finish at or above the coupon barrier, the payout at maturity will be will be par plus the final coupon.

If the worst performer finishes below the coupon barrier but at or above the downside threshold level, 70% of initial level, the payout at maturity will be par.

Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% decline of the worst performer from its initial level.
