Chicago, Oct. 3 – UBS AG, London Branch priced $399,953.4 of 12.62% annualized trigger yield optimization notes due Jan. 4, 2023 linked to the Energy Select Sector SPDR Fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The face amount of each note is $72.60, which is equal to the initial share price of the fund.
Interest is payable monthly.
The payout at maturity will be par unless the final price of the fund is less than 72% of the initial share price, in which case investors will receive one share per note.
UBS Financial Services Inc. and UBS Investment Bank are the underwriters.
