New Issue: JPMorgan prices $1.24 million digital barrier notes linked to energy fund

Chicago, May 31 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $1.24 million of 0% digital barrier notes due Dec. 15, 2022 linked to the Energy Select Sector SPDR fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the ETF ends above its initial level the payout at maturity will be par plus 8.55%. The payout will be par if the fund declines but finishes above its 65% barrier level. Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the ETF declines if it finishes below the barrier.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
