New Issue: Barclays prices $800,000 autocallable notes on Energy Select Sector SPDR fund

Olympia, Wash., May 6 – Barclays Bank plc priced $800,000 of 0% autocallable notes due May 5, 2023 linked to the Energy Select Sector SPDR fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be automatically called at par plus an annualized call premium of 22.15% if the underlying closes at or above its initial level on any annual call valuation date.

If the notes are not called and the final level of the underlying is at least 70% of its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par. Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline of the underlying from its initial level.
