Des Moines, Nov. 13 - Energy Investments Ltd. settled an oversubscribed private placement of shares for A$5.658 million.
The company sold 37.7 million shares to institutional and private investors at A$0.15 per share.
Proceeds will be used to expand the company's interests in the Cooper Basin and develop its coal bed methane assets in Queensland.
Energy Investments is an energy company based in Perth, Australia.
