Quercus Trust reports purchase of Energy Focus shares

Charlotte, N.C., Sept. 25 - Quercus Trust bought an additional 300,690 shares of Energy Focus, Inc. stock between Aug. 31 and Sept. 24 priced from $4.98 to $7.17 each.

The reporting persons own 740,301 shares, or 6.4%, of the Solon, Ohio, optic lighting systems company, according to a schedule 13D filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

On Sept. 4, Quercus Trust reported buying 543,255 shares of the company's stock priced from $4.87 to $6.92 each as an investment between June 25 and Aug. 30. At that time, the investor had a 5.1% stake in Energy Focus.
