Quercus Trust owns 5.1% of Energy Focus

Charlotte, N.C., Sept. 4 - Energy Focus, Inc. investor Quercus Trust bought 543,255 shares of the company's stock priced from $4.87 to $6.92 each as an investment.

The transactions, made between June 25 and Aug. 30, were reported in a schedule 13D filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The reporting persons own 589,956 shares, or 5.1% of the Solon, Ohio, optic lighting systems company.
