Quercus Trust continues to build stake in Energy Focus

Charlotte, N.C., Nov. 14 - Quercus Trust bought an additional 174,400 shares of Energy Focus, Inc. stock, increasing its stake in the company to 7.9% from 6.4%.

The shares were purchased between Sept. 25 and Nov. 12, priced from $2.97 to $8.24 each, according to a company news release.

The reporting persons own 914,701 shares of the Solon, Ohio, optic lighting systems company.

On Sept. 25, Quercus reported the purchase of 300,690 shares of Energy Focus stock.

Quercus had a 5.1% stake in the company on Sept. 4, a previous Securities and Exchange Commission filing stated.
