Philippines' Energy Development to sell PHP 7 billion corporate notes

Madison, Wis., April 10 - Energy Development Corp. said it will issue PHP 7 billion of fixed-rate corporate notes.

The notes will have a tenor of 10 years.

RCBC Capital Corp. and SB Capital Investment Corp. are joint managers and lead arrangers. PNB Capital & Investment Corp. is also a joint lead arranger.

Proceeds will be used to refinance existing notes and for general corporate purposes.

Pasig City, Philippines-based Energy Development specializes in geothermal energy.
