Three-year, half-share warrant is included in offering's equity units

Knoxville, Tenn., Jan. 15 - Energizer Resources Inc. settled a C$7.34 million private placement of units on Jan. 14, according to an 8-K filed Wednesday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The company sold 61,204,067 units of one common share and a half-share warrant at C$0.12 per unit.
The whole warrants are each exercisable at C$0.18 for three years. The strike price reflects a 38.46% premium to the Jan. 13 closing share price of C$0.13.
The Toronto company explores for vanadium, uranium, gold and other minerals.
