Brazil's Energisa picks bookrunners for $200 million perpetual notes

Atlanta, Jan. 18 - Brazil's Energisa SA has mandated Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley and Santander as the bookrunners for a $200 million offering of perpetual notes (//BB-), a market source said Tuesday.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.

Energisa is an electricity generator based in Rio de Janeiro.
