New Issue: Endurance Fund wraps C$1.85 million private placement of units

Knoxville, Tenn., Dec. 27 - The Endurance Fund Corp. completed a private placement of units, raising C$1.85 million.
The company sold 1,845,250 units at C$1.00 apiece. Each unit consists of either one flow-through or one non flow-through common share and one half-share warrant. Each whole warrant will be exercisable at C$1.25 for 18 months.
The company paid C$120,620 in finder's fees and issued 120,000 options. Each option is exercisable for one non flow-through common share at C$1.00 for one year.
The Endurance Fund is a Toronto-based capital pool company.
