Moody’s assigns B1 to Endo notes

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned a B1 rating to the senior unsecured notes issued by Endo Finance LLC, a subsidiary of Endo International plc and Endo Luxembourg Finance I Co. Sarl.

There are no changes to Endo's existing ratings, including the Ba3 corporate family rating, Ba3-PD probability of default rating, Ba1 senior secured rating, B1 senior unsecured rating and SGL-2 speculative grade liquidity rating.

The outlook remains negative.

Proceeds are expected to be used for general corporate purposes including acquisitions and litigation-related payments.
