Knoxville, Tenn., Oct. 26 - Endeavour Silver Corp. said it took in C$3.9 million in a non-brokered private placement of units. The deal priced on Oct. 14.
The company sold 1,299,843 units of one common share and one half-share warrant at C$3.00 per unit. Each whole warrant will be exercisable at C$3.60 for two years.
Proceeds will be used to continue evaluating possible acquisitions and for general working capital.
Based in Vancouver, B.C., Endeavour is a silver exploration company.
