New Issue: Endeavour pockets $21.11 million in private placement of common shares

Knoxville, Tenn., Feb. 5 - Endeavour International Corp. settled a $21.11 million private placement of stock on Feb. 4, according to an 8-K filed Friday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The company sold 23,457,779 common shares at $0.90 apiece.

Proceeds will be used in part to fund the company's 2010 capital budget.

Endeavour is an oil and gas exploration company based in Houston.
