Moody’s gives B1 rating to Endeavor Energy notes

Moody’s Investors Service said it assigned a B1 rating to Endeavor Energy Resources, LP’s proposed $500 million senior unsecured notes due 2028.

Proceeds will be used to repay borrowings under the company’s revolver.

None of Endeavor’s other ratings are affected by the notes.

The outlook is positive.
