S&P rates Endeavor Energy notes BB-

S&P said it assigned its BB- rating to Endeavor Energy Resources LP’s senior unsecured debt offering.

Endeavor will use the proceeds to fully repay borrowings under its revolving credit facility and the remaining net proceeds for general purposes.

“Our BB- long-term issuer credit rating and negative outlook on Endeavor remain unchanged,” S&P said in a press release.
