Spain’s ENCE sets roadshow for €250 million seven-year notes

Portland, Ore., Oct. 20 – Madrid-based ENCE Energia y Celulosa, SA plans to start a roadshow on Wednesday for a €250 million offering of seven-year senior notes (Ba3/BB-), according to a market source.

The roadshow wraps up Friday, and the Rule 144A and Regulation S deal is set to price thereafter.

Global coordinator JPMorgan will bill and deliver.

BBVA, CaixaBank and Santander are active bookrunners.

Bankia, Citigroup, Sabadell and Bankinter are bookrunners.

The notes come with three years of call protection.

The pulp producer plans to use the proceeds to redeem all of its 7¼% senior notes due 2020.
