Fitch ups ENA Norte notes

Fitch Ratings said it raised ENA Norte Trust’s $600 million senior secured notes to BB from BB-, and national long-term rating to A+(pan) from A(pan).

The upgrade results from an updated view of the likelihood of government support if need, the agency said.

The outlook for both is negative.
