New Issue: Empyrean finalizes £3.3 million private placement of stock

New York, March 2 - Empyrean Energy plc said it has closed a £3,301,155 private placement.
The company issued 2,539,350 shares at £1.30 each.
Proceeds from the deal will be used for evaluation at the Eagle Oil Pool Development project and for the Glantal gas project in Germany. The rest will be used for the evaluation and acquisition of new properties.
Based in London, Empyrean Energy is an oil and natural gas exploration company.
