Chile’s Empresas CMPC selects banks, sets meetings for dollar notes

New York, May 14 – Empresas CMPC SA has selected banks and scheduled fixed-income investor meetings for a planned offering of dollar-denominated notes of intermediate duration, according to market sources.

JPMorgan, Santander and Scotia Bank are arranging the meetings, which began on Friday and will conclude on Tuesday.

Empresas CMPC is a Santiago, Chile-based pulp and paper company.
