Argentina's Edenor buys back $18.34 million of notes due 2016

New York, Feb. 25 - Empresa Distribuidora y Comercializadora Norte SA repurchased $18.34 million of its fixed-rate par notes due 2016, according to a 6-K filed Wednesday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The repurchases were made throughout the month.

Bank of New York is the trustee and paying agent.

Edenor is an electricity distribution company based in Buenos Aires.
