Argentina's Edenor acquires $13.62 million of class 7 bonds due 2017

Pittsburgh, Dec. 16 - Empresa Distribuidora y Comercializadora Norte SA (Edenor) has acquired $13.62 million of its bonds due 2017, according to a news release.

According to the release, the bonds were purchased at market prices under individual transactions completed during the current quarter.

As a result of these acquisitions, the company now holds $65.31 million of the $220 million of class 7 bonds due 2017.

Edenor is an electricity distribution company based in Buenos Aires.
